On July 15th, Walter was interviewed by WGN 720! Among other things, he discusses his role in the new series, “Nobility,’ as Frank Mooney.
You can catch the entire interview by clicking HERE! Or, by visiting the radio station’s website at http://wgnradio.com
If you haven’t heard already, Walter has been cast as the character, Frank Mooney, on the new series called “Nobility.” It’s a Sci-fi Dramedy set 700 years into the future on the starship CAS Nobility. The crew is anything but noble.
“These Are The Voyages” is a trilogy of books by author Marc Cushman, all about the original “Star Trek” series. It’s a trilogy boasted as everything you could know about the series. Walter has written the foreword for the second volume, but you can order the first and second volumes HERE, at the official site, or by clicking on the image below. Walter has read all three of them and speaks VERY highly of the quality of the writing and the information contained within all of the books. He highly recommends them if you’re an avid fan of the “Star Trek” universe!
As many of you know, Walter attended Space City Con in Houston, Texas at the beginning of this month- with some of the other “Star Trek:Renegades” cast: Manu Intiraymi, Tim Russ, and Robert Picardo. Denise Crosby, Jewel Staite, Tracy Scoggins were a few of the other names in attendance. Walter sat 2 panels; a “Star Trek: TOS” one with Don Marshall and a “Babylon 5” one with Tracy, Jason Carter, and Marshall Teague. I’ve posted a few pictures from the con below. Hope you enjoy!
The short film “Flashback,” starring Walter and his wife, Judy, has been added to the line up of two film festivals this year. The first is The Boston Sci-Fi Film Festival running from February 8-18, 2013. The other is the Phoenix Film Festival. “Fashback” will run on Monday (2/11) with the Shorts Program #3 showing for the Boston Festival at the Somerville Theatre. The full schedule for the festival can be found HERE. The Phoenix Film Festival runs from April 4-11, 2013, but hasn’t listed “Flashback” on the schedule just yet.
Good luck to Walter, Judy, and Scott Petersen during both festivals!
